- Hydrate: Apply a light facial oil or serum for slip (optional, but lovely!).
- Breathe: Take a few deep breaths to relax.
☀️ Morning Glow Routine (or anytime you need a pick-me-up!)
1. The Forehead Smoother (Targets: Forehead lines, brow tension)
- How-to:
- Place your fingertips of both hands at the center of your forehead.
- Gently sweep your fingers outwards towards your temples, applying light to medium pressure.
- Relax and repeat 10 times.
- Bonus: Try making a "surprised" face without wrinkling your forehead, holding for 5 seconds, then relaxing. Repeat 5 times.
- Feels like: Ironing out those worry lines!
2. The Eye Brightener (Targets: Crow's feet, under-eye puffiness, droopy eyelids)
- How-to:
- Make a "V" shape with your index and middle fingers and place them on either side of your eyes (middle fingers on the inner corners, index fingers on the outer corners).
- Gently press and look upwards, squinting strongly for 2 seconds, then relax.
- Repeat 10-15 times.
- Finish: Gently tap around your eyes with your ring fingers for 30 seconds to boost circulation.
- Feels like: A gentle wake-up call for your eyes!
3. The Cheek Lifter (Targets: Sagging cheeks, smile lines)
- How-to:
- Smile widely without wrinkling your eyes.
- Place your index fingers on the apples of your cheeks.
- Gently push your cheeks upwards towards your eyes while resisting with your cheek muscles.
- Hold for 10 seconds, then relax.
- Repeat 5-10 times.
- Feels like: Giving your cheeks a natural lift!
4. The Pout Plumper & Lip Line Smoother (Targets: Thinning lips, lines around the mouth)
- How-to:
- Pucker your lips as if you're about to whistle, but exaggerate the pout.
- Then, smile as wide as you can, still keeping your lips slightly pursed.
- Alternate between these two movements smoothly for 30-60 seconds.
- Bonus: Tap gently around your lip line with your fingertips.
- Feels like: A mini workout for a fuller, smoother smile!
5. The Jawline Sculptor (Targets: Double chin, sagging jawline)
- How-to:
- Tilt your head back slightly and look up towards the ceiling.
- Make a "kissing" motion towards the ceiling, really exaggerating the pout. You should feel a stretch in your neck and jawline.
- Hold the "kiss" for 5 seconds, then relax.
- Repeat 10-15 times.
- Alternatively: Place your fist under your chin and try to open your jaw while providing resistance with your fist. Hold for 5 seconds, repeat 10 times.
- Feels like: Defining and chiseling that jaw!
6. The Neck Firmer (Targets: Neck lines, "turkey neck")
- How-to:
- Sit tall and place one hand on your collarbone.
- Gently tilt your head back, jut your lower jaw forward and upward, and try to touch your nose with your lower lip (don't worry if you can't!).
- You should feel a strong stretch in the front of your neck.
- Hold for 10 seconds, then slowly bring your head back to neutral.
- Repeat 5 times. Switch hands and repeat if desired.
- Feels like: Lengthening and toning your elegant neck!
